With a background as a post-graduate in Chemistry and experience as a teacher, I’ve always been fascinated by science and its potential to unlock the mysteries of life. However, it wasn’t until I faced personal health challenges that I truly grasped the importance of balancing the mind, body, and environment for overall well-being.
Personal Struggles: Overcoming Pigmentation & Hormonal Changes



My wellness journey began when I encountered issues with pigmentation and peri- menopausal symptoms. For years, I struggled with skin changes and hormonal imbalances that made me feel disconnected from my own body. Despite my scientific background, I didn’t fully realize how my daily habits, food choices, and lifestyle could profoundly affect my health.
A Nutrition Approach to Healing
This realisation marked a pivotal shift in my life. I decided to seek solutions not just through medication but by embracing nutrition, mindfulness, and self-care. I learned to address the root causes of my issues instead of simply masking the symptoms. Gradually, my pigmentation improved, and my peri-menopausal symptoms became much more manageable as I adopted a holistic approach to health.
