Hey you readers! I’m Madhumita Pal, and here’s my journey of becoming a digital image consultant… which… has never been in a straight line.
It’s taken detours and occasional “Wait, what am I doing?” moments
I started my career in fashion design. I was that girl who got emotional over fabrics, who stared too long at textures, who believed colour theory could actually solve world problems. Somewhere between studying history and obsessing over silhouettes, I had a realisation:
What we wear changes how we feel.
And how we feel changes who we become.
And once that thought entered my mind, it refused to leave.
Where Everything Started Connecting
Slowly, I found myself getting pulled into the psychology behind style.
Why do some people always wear black and white?
Why does fixing your posture suddenly make you feel like you can run a boardroom? Why does communication decide whether people take you seriously or not?
Naturally, all roads led me to Digital Image Consulting.
And honestly, it felt less like a career choice and more like, “Oh, so THIS is what I was meant to do the whole time.”
Today, I work at the intersection of
-Style
-Psychology
-Personal Narrative
The Writer in Me Is Always Watching
Parallel to all of this, I’ve always written. Writing is my way of untangling life. The emotions, the growth, the awkward little in-betweens that we usually pretend never happened.

Writing keeps me human and intentional. Together, they help me really get people!
From Wardrobes to Sets
Styling gigs pushed me into a new world: shoots, sets, crews, lights, the whole creative ecosystem. I styled looks, built wardrobes, prepped talent… and somewhere between meters of fabric and last-minute fixes, I realised:
I wasn’t just styling people.
I was shaping their visual identity.
That world introduced me to visual storytelling.
I started creating content-reels, courses, scripts and learned
How frames speak.
How colours persuade.
How composition influences emotion.
All of this began feeding back into my consulting work.

When It Finally Clicked
The image wasn’t just clothes.
It wasn’t just behaviour.
It wasn’t just confidence.
The image was at every touchpoint of presence online and offline.
And suddenly, my work expanded.
What I Do Today in Digital Image Consulting
Today, I work across three powerful layers:
- Personal Digital Image Consulting – Helping people align their style, communication, grooming, and presence with who they want to become.
- Digital Image & Visual Identity – Helping founders, creators, and professionals show up online with clarity through content, visual storytelling, brand aesthetics, and on-screen presence.
- Narrative & Content Strategy – Using writing, psychology, and design to help people express themselves through captions, scripts, storytelling structures, and digital expression.
In short: I help people become seen – not just visibly, but authentically.
What My Work Really Stands For
In a nutshell:
I help people align how they feel, how they express and how they want to be experienced, both online and offline.

Why online? Because I’m from the age of content, so I married my education in fashion and image and my passion for writing … and that’s where begin my journey of @madhumitatales…whatever the tool, the goal is the same.
To help you take control of your narrative.

Let’s connect and have one of those conversations where you end up seeing yourself more clearly than before.
Why WWW Felt Like That Room
When I found Wonder Woman Wednesday, it felt like a space where women show up not to impress, but to evolve. A room full of women who are building, questioning, restarting, dreaming, experimenting and sometimes just trying their best to look awake.
And the energy… it does something.
It reminds you that visibility isn’t loud. It’s aligned.
