Hi, I am Naveena.
In the world of academia and entrepreneurship, I’ve managed to make a lasting impact across different areas. Coming from a business-oriented family, my path from a curious student to a recognized educationist, trainer, entrepreneur, and artist has truly been very fulfilling.
For the last 12 years, I’ve been carving out a special place for myself in education and training. I graduated from Jain University in Bangalore, where my passion for helping young minds grow was clearly visible. As a life skills trainer, I have taught thousands of teenagers, giving them the skills they need to handle life’s challenges with confidence and resilience.
My educational journey didn’t stop there. In 2017, I earned a diploma in Child Psychology and completed the NTT training program, which helped me better understand child behavior and development. I’ve also trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and am on my way to becoming a Certified NLP Trainer.
The Birth of a Vision: MASTERPIECE Preschools

My love for early education and forward-thinking led me to start MASTERPIECE, a network of innovative preschools focusing on a curriculum that mixes modern education methods with enduring values. This ensures every child gets a great start in today’s fast-changing world and a safe space to live their childhood completely.
A Mentor for Entrepreneurs
Beyond teaching, I help startups in various sectors like consumer goods, agri-tech, and education by setting up HR systems and training programs. My efforts were recognized when I was named the ‘Best Woman Entrepreneur for 2017-18’ by the Podar Jumbo Educational Institution.
A Versatile Leader
I was the Business Head at the Kingdom Academy of Specialized Skills (KASS), where I introduced training programs that really connected with our learners. I also enjoy public speaking and have been able to engage and inspire wide audiences with my talks.
Adventurer and Spiritual Seeker

My personal interests are as dynamic as my professional life. I love trekking and have been on trips to Kedarkantha, Kedarnath, Kailash Mansarovar, and the Annapurna Base Camp in Nepal, showing my adventurous spirit. Spiritually, I follow the teachings of Sadhguru, which enrich my understanding of life and leadership.
Recognitions and Future Goals

I’ve been honored at the highest levels for my work in education. I received an “honorary doctorate” from the World Human Rights Commission, recognized by the United Nations . I have also been awarded the “Padma Bhushan Samman” recognised by the Government of India and “Kannada Ratna Prashasti” by the media house of Karnataka
I am working on a self-help book to empower female entrepreneurs, reflecting my commitment to building a culture of empowerment and self-reliance.
A Legacy of impact.
I owe every bit of my success to my father, whose unwavering belief in me has been my greatest strength. Along this incredible journey, I have been fortunate to meet inspiring souls who have encouraged me to keep learning, keep evolving, and give my absolute best every single day.

If there’s one thing I wish for everyone to realize, it’s this: dare to dream—dream big! Only when you allow yourself to dream beyond limits can you begin to turn those dreams into reality, one step at a time.
Give your best effort, pour your heart into your pursuits, and then trust the universe to do its magic. It has an extraordinary way of surprising us with miracles when we least expect them. So, dream boldly, work passionately, and let life amaze you.
And I’m not done yet. With every achievement, I continue to redefine success, impacting not only my life but also the lives of others.
