The banquet space, their Glitter Room, was exactly what we needed. It has a warmth to it that you do not always find in event spaces. Not too corporate, not too casual.

The layout worked beautifully for our format, with space for brand stalls along the sides, a clear stage area, and enough room for 70-plus women to network, sit, move around and breathe. On 5th July, from 11 AM to 5 PM, that room held one of the most memorable days Wonder Woman Wednesday has ever had. A devotional invocation to open the day, a session by Mr. G.G Shenoy, MD of IreTex Premier India Pvt. Ltd., speaker session by Aparna Thyagarajan, Co-founder and CPO of Shobitam, a power-packed panel discussion on grants, funds and government schemes for women entrepreneurs, the first ever WWW Annual Awards ceremony, brand stalls from some incredible women-led businesses, gifting sponsors, networking, laughter, games and the grand offline launch of Maarukatte. It was a full, rich, layered day. And the Glitter Room held all of it beautifully.

Now let us talk about the food. Because when you feed 70 hungry, energetic women who have been networking, learning, and celebrating for hours, the food has to deliver. The Rialto’s Peppermill multicuisine restaurant did not just deliver; it exceeded expectations.

The lunch spread was excellent, generous and varied, the kind of meal that makes people stop their conversations mid-sentence just to appreciate what is on their plate. It also created the perfect setting for women networking, as many meaningful conversations and new connections continued over lunch. We heard more than a few compliments from our guests specifically about the food, and that does not happen unless someone in that kitchen genuinely cares.

And then there was the team.

This is the part that does not always get written about but makes the biggest difference when you are in the middle of running a full-day event. The team at The Rialto was with us every step of the way. Patient, proactive and genuinely invested in making the day work. Events never go exactly to plan. Things shift, timings change, last-minute requests come in.

What matters is how the team on the ground responds when that happens. The Rialto team adapted with us, quietly and efficiently, without making us feel like any ask was too much. They were present without being in the way, helpful without being intrusive. That is a skill, and they had it.
