For a large part of my life, my identity was closely connected to my professional journey. If someone asked me who I was, my answer would almost always begin with my work.
I am Sapna Jumde, founder of SoulStir by Sapna, a holistic wellness venture that helps people reconnect with themselves through sound healing, aura and energy readings, tarot guidance, meditation, and self-healing practices. But this is not where my story began.
16 Years in the Corporate World: People Management, Coaching and Training
I spent over 16 years in the corporate world, building my career and gaining experience in people management, coaching, and training. It was a chapter that taught me discipline, responsibility, and the importance of working with people.
Those years shaped me in many ways. Working closely with people, guiding them and helping them grow became a natural part of who I was. I did not know it then, but much of what I learned in those years would stay with me long after I stepped into a different world.
Small Business Ventures Before SoulStir

Handmade Crochet, Sarees and Cosmetics
Alongside my corporate career, there was always an entrepreneurial side of me waiting to explore. Over the years, I ventured into small businesses involving handmade crochet products, sarees, and handmade cosmetics.
Each venture was an opportunity to create something of my own and learn about the realities of running a business. Each one also taught me something about creativity and about building relationships with customers.
Why an Idea Is Not Yet a Business
One of the biggest lessons I learned was that having an idea and turning it into a sustainable business are two very different things. An idea can feel exciting, but making it work day after day is another story altogether. Every experience brought its own lessons, questions, and uncertainties, and each of them added to my understanding of what it really takes to build something.
Career Change After Motherhood
One of the most significant turning points in my life came with motherhood.
Becoming a mother changed the way I looked at myself, my priorities, and the life I wanted to build. It also brought me face to face with questions about my identity beyond the roles I had always known.
Rediscovering My Identity as a Mother
For years, I had been defined by my work. Now I found myself asking deeper questions. Who am I outside of these roles? What do I truly want for myself? What kind of life do I want to build from here?
From Life Coaching to Holistic Wellness

Those questions led me to look inward and explore personal growth more deeply. What started as an interest in understanding myself gradually evolved into a passion for helping others do the same.
Sound Healing, Aura Reading, Meditation and Tarot
My journey into life coaching opened the door to exploring holistic wellness practices, including aura and energy reading, sound healing, meditation, and tarot guidance. The more I learned, the more I felt drawn to this path.
SoulStir by Sapna: A Holistic Wellness Venture
This evolution eventually gave birth to SoulStir by Sapna, a venture built around my desire to create meaningful experiences that help people pause, reconnect with themselves, and approach life with greater awareness.
Through SoulStir, I want to support self-awareness, emotional well-being, and personal growth. For me, it is not just about offering a service. It is about creating a space where people can slow down and truly listen to themselves.
The Reality of Building a Wellness Business

Building SoulStir has been a learning journey, particularly when it comes to the financial uncertainty that comes with entrepreneurship.
Turning a passion into a sustainable business takes more than belief in what you do. It requires patience, consistency, visibility, business acumen, and the willingness to keep learning even when the results do not come as quickly as you hope.
I am still learning, experimenting, and finding my way. I have come to understand that building a business is not always a straight path from an idea to success. Sometimes, it means questioning your approach, adapting to change, and finding the courage to continue even when the way forward is unclear.
I believe it is important to be honest about this part of the journey. Not every chapter is a success story yet, and that is perfectly okay.
Connecting the Dots
Looking back, I no longer see my different career and business chapters as disconnected experiences. Each one prepared me for the next.
My corporate career taught me how to work with people. My small businesses taught me the realities of entrepreneurship. Motherhood encouraged me to rediscover myself, and my journey into holistic wellness helped me find a direction that feels deeply meaningful.
Today, I see myself as a woman who is still evolving, as a mother, a woman entrepreneur, and an individual with dreams of her own.
What My Journey Has Taught Me
If there is one thing my journey has taught me, it is that we do not have to have everything figured out before we begin again.
We are allowed to change direction. We are allowed to explore new possibilities. And we are allowed to build a life that reflects who we are becoming, not just who we have been.
A Message for Women Starting Over
Through SoulStir, I hope to continue growing both personally and professionally, while connecting with other women who are navigating their own journeys of ambition, reinvention, and self-discovery.
I believe that when women share their experiences honestly, we create opportunities to learn from one another and build meaningful connections. Most of all, we remind each other that we are not alone in figuring it all out.
If you are standing at a crossroads right now, unsure of what comes next, I hope my story reminds you that it is never too late to begin again.
