Hi, I am Adithi, born and raised in Mandya.
I am an art enthusiastic and I would spend most of my time working on paper crafts, wall hangings pencil arts, nail art and many more using natural by products and its wastes. I wanted to pursue art while I also completed my education qualification to use and start my professional career but God had other plans.

Just as my final year in microbiology was wrapping up, my marriage was arranged to Sharath, a dynamic serial entrepreneur who runs an event management company in Bangalore.

I completed my PG as a college topper, 1st rank in my stream. This got me few offers from my core subject companies. By the time the results were announced covid had hit our country too. Hence I never got to work in any of these companies and as planned and fixed earlier I got married to Sharath on 10th December 2020. Yes!! It was a covid marriage.
Marriage introduced me to the complexities of balancing personal desires with professional duties. Sharath’s career in event management, characterized by its late nights and bustling schedule, contrasted sharply with my tranquil artistic pursuits. However, our mutual appreciation for creativity bridged our worlds. Marrying a businessman is like eating the health conscious nutritious food. Even if you don’t like it in the beginning after a few days you will start to like it.
Being involved in his business discussions exposed me to the event industry’s intricacies, enriching my understanding and enabling me to contribute my unique artistic insights to our projects. With his experience and industry knowledge and my added support in both creative and innovative ideas we executed lots of social, religious, traditional, and public events.
During the pandemic, we successfully managed over 303 weddings(except for my marriage 😛 ) , 100+ housewarming ceremonies, 45+ baby showers, 70+ naming ceremonies and countless birthdays.

Post-pandemic, as Sharath focused on corporate events, I assumed responsibility for our social, religious, and personal event projects. My experiences during the pandemic had equipped me with the confidence and know-how essential for leading these ventures.
One fine day Sharath got our company CA home and proposed this idea of creating a new firm which handled all the of social, religious, traditional, and public events. This discussion led to the creation of ‘KONCEPT’ in October 2023, a new company with a focused mission on social, religious, traditional, and public events, proudly led by me as its proprietor.

This new venture marks a significant milestone in my career, showcasing the blend of support, experience, and knowledge I’ve garnered from my life with my husband, propelling me forward in the event management industry.
