My name is Satyapramodini, and I am the Co-Founder of Allianze Global Relocations LLP, a company built on trust, teamwork, and the belief that relocation doesn’t have to be stressful.
This is my journey — not just of building a relocation company, but of growing into leadership while balancing multiple roles with purpose.
How Our Relocation Journey Began
The idea of starting our own relocation company didn’t happen overnight.
My husband, Sanjay, has spent 25 years in the relocation industry, working closely with corporate clients, families, and global moves. Over the years, we often spoke about creating a company that truly focused on seamless service, transparency, and care.
With my academic background in M.Com and B.Ed, and his deep industry expertise, we finally made the decision to build something of our own. That decision gave birth to Allianze Global Relocations LLP in Bangalore.
It wasn’t just a business decision; it was a commitment to grow together.
Building a Couple-Led Relocation Business
From the very beginning, I stepped into the heart of operations.
Today, I manage warehouse storage and operational processes from our main hub at Mahadevapura Village, Bangalore. From ensuring secure storage to coordinating logistics for domestic and international relocations, my role is focused on precision, planning, and people.
Over the last four years, I’ve worked closely with teams and clients to ensure every relocation, whether for a corporate office or a family, is handled smoothly and professionally.
Being a woman entrepreneur in relocation industry has come with its challenges, but it has also strengthened my confidence and leadership.
Where Wellness Meets Business
Alongside my role in logistics, I am also a certified nutritionist and weight-loss coach.
Relocation can be overwhelming, physically and emotionally. My background in nutrition and wellness has helped me bring a calmer, more human approach to business, both for clients and for our internal teams.
For me, success is not just about efficient warehouse management or global relocations; it’s also about maintaining balance, health, and clarity during change.
Growing with Purpose
Today, Allianze Global Relocations LLP continues to grow as a trusted name in global relocation services, logistics, and warehouse storage solutions in Bangalore.
What makes this journey meaningful is that it is built on partnership, between my husband and me, between our team members, and between our clients.
I strongly believe that women can lead operations, build businesses, and still honour their personal passions, without having to choose just one path.
