Search for women in leadership India and you will mostly find lists of CEOs and boardroom firsts. This month’s Her Patrika looks at the other places leadership happens: the question you ask in a meeting, the load you carry at home that no one sees, the boundary you finally set for yourself. It also looks at the extra costs, from the Pink Tax to the double standard, that many women absorb along the way. Same goals, a different terrain.
YOUR VOICE BELONGS IN HERPATRIKA
HerPatrika is a space for women to share what they have lived, learnt and questioned.
We’re looking for honest stories, personal perspectives, reflections and ideas that speak to the realities of women today.
You don’t need to be a professional writer.
You just need something worth saying.

HERPATRIKA IS EVOLVING
We’re opening HerPatrika as a biweekly newspaper newsletter bringing women closer to opportunities, connections and growth.
From job openings and business requirements to collaborations, referrals and new opportunities, we want to create a space where women can discover possibilities and support one another’s journeys.
Have a job opportunity to share, a business requirement to fulfil or a collaboration in mind? Send it our way.
Your next opportunity could begin with a connection made here.
Leadership does not always begin in an office. For many women it begins at a kitchen table, with a skill they have had for years and nobody has paid for yet.
Maarukatte is a place to change that. Start earning from your home with your talent, your products and your services through our Business membership. You can also join for free, shop from women led brands, look for work and meet people through events. Women across categories are already getting orders, referrals and collaborations this way, and there is room for you. Join today!
